The registration fee is EUR 5,000.00. For payments made by March 1, 2025, a 20% discount is available, and the registration fee is 4,000.00 EUR.

Discounts for exhibitors:

• participants of the Serbian Carrier’s Day 2023 event – 5%;
• members of the Association “Medjunarodni transport” – 5%;
• lease of 2 or more stands – 10%.

Note: Discounts are cumulative. The price of the registration fee is calculated in RSD at the selling rate of Procredit Bank on the day the invoice is issued. Prices are subject to 20% VAT.

The registration fee is EUR 6,250.00. For payments made by March 1, 2025, a 20% discount is available, and the registration fee is 5,000.00 EUR.

The registration fee is EUR 3,250.00. For payments made by March 1, 2025, a 20% discount is available, and the registration fee is 2,600.00 EUR.

Company name on the stand

• The registration fee includes printing and placement of the company’s branded name on the stand.
• If the exhibitor does not submit a graphic preparation for the name of the company on the stand, the organizer will print the name given in the application.
• The exhibitor can submit only the trademark (logo), and the organizer will print the logo along with the company name given in the application.

Stand branding

• The registration fee does not include printing and placing materials on other parts of the stand.
• Exhibitors can brand their stands themselves, in which case they need to install the materials themselves, and after the end of the fair, they must remove the branding materials themselves. If the exhibitors do not remove the materials that they installed themselves, the contractor will charge the exhibitors for their removal.

Equipping stands

• Exhibitors can equip their stand with their own accessories.

For exhibitors interested in accessory rental and/or stand branding services, more information is available below. In addition to graphic displays of stand branding options, a catalog of additional equipment is also available to exhibitors.

Exhibitors who opt for additional equipment and stand branding should fill out the request below and forward it to the contractor.

The Sponsor option includes:

• stand in an attractive place – the “Sponsor” stand,
• company logo and slogan on all demonstration materials, printed and video-audio materials,
• one promotional page of A4 format (210 x 297 mm) in MT Review in the issue published after the event
